Welcome to Week 5 of our Luminwaves journey! This week, we’re spotlighting the incredible work of the Communications and Marketing team, led by Natalie Herbert and Emmalee Waite. As the project nears completion, Natalie and Emmalee are focused on crafting the final promotional efforts to bring Luminwaves to life for the public.
Their next steps include fine-tuning the storytelling behind Luminwaves to ensure it resonates with audiences and aligns with the Lights On Stratford festival’s theme. This involves creating compelling social media campaigns, designing visually striking posters, and preparing press materials to generate buzz and excitement. They’re also collaborating with local media outlets and influencers to amplify awareness and reach a wider audience.
In addition to promotion, the team is finalizing the on-site visitor experience by developing clear, engaging signage and an interactive guide to help attendees navigate the installation and understand its deeper message. Natalie and Emmalee are also coordinating a behind-the-scenes feature to showcase the team’s creative process and celebrate the collective effort that made Luminwaves possible.
